RELEASED – Feb.25, 2014
Morristown, Ten.
The Terry Law Firm is pleased to announce that attorney F. Braxton “Brack” Terry has been elected as the new president for the Tennessee chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Terry has been a member of the organization since 2010 and recently served as its vice president.
The American Board of Trial Advocates was created to promote and preserve citizens’ rights to a civil jury trial. Its members are comprised of judges and attorneys with civil trial experience.
Since his graduation from the Nashville School of Law in 1996, Mr. Terry has represented the rights of people who are the victims of personal injury. His cases often involve tractor-trailer accidents, product liability, workers’ compensation and car accidents. Mr. Terry understands the many challenges that victims and their families face and is known as an aggressive advocate in and outside of the courtroom.
Over the years, Mr. Terry’s hard work and superior legal skills have made him the recipient of several honors. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum; he served the Northeast Tennessee Chapter of the Federal Bar Association as its president; and the division of business at Carson-Newman University named him a distinguished young alumnus.
